By registering an Account on bk222, clicking any acceptance checkbox during registration, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

3.3 One Account Per Player. bk222 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. You may not register multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances, bonuses, or winnings may be forfeited at bk222's sole discretion.
3.4 KYC Verification. bk222 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle. Withdrawal of funds requires successful completion of the KYC process. Required documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (such as a CNIC or passport) and proof of current residential address. bk222 may request additional documentation at its discretion.
Age Verification: bk222 takes the 21+ age restriction seriously and enforces it through identity verification. Where age cannot be satisfactorily verified, the Account will be suspended pending receipt of valid documentation. Any winnings accumulated during a period of unverified age may be subject to review.
4.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bk222 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. bk222 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, chat, or telephone.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify bk222 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. bk222 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
4.3 Device Security. It is your responsibility to ensure that the devices from which you access bk222 are secure and free from malware, keyloggers, or other software that could compromise your Account security. bk222 recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available to all registered Players.
4.4 Account Sharing. You may not allow any other person to access or use your bk222 Account. Where Account sharing is detected, bk222 reserves the right to suspend the Account and conduct a full security review before restoring access.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bk222 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be introduced from time to time and will be listed in the cashier section of the platform.
5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your bk222 wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to clear, depending on the sending institution. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. bk222 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete on your Account. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:
JazzCash & EasyPaisa: within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank): one to three business days. All withdrawal requests are manually reviewed by the bk222 payments team before processing. Expedited processing is available for verified VIP-tier players.
5.4 Withdrawal to Own Accounts Only. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment account or bank account registered in your own legal name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will be refused. This requirement exists to protect Players against fraud and to comply with bk222's anti-money-laundering obligations.
5.5 Currency. All transactions on bk222 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied on standard transactions. Where a payment provider applies its own conversion or processing fee, this will be disclosed at the point of transaction.
5.6 Minimum Withdrawal Amount. The minimum single withdrawal amount from bk222 is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed and the amount will remain in your account wallet.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by bk222 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms will prevail with respect to that particular offer.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all deposit bonuses credited to your bk222 Account must be wagered a specified number of times before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time limit stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
6.3 Game Contributions. Not all games on bk222 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports bets, and certain slot categories may contribute at different rates (e.g., 100%, 50%, or 10%) as specified in each promotion's terms. Bets placed on restricted games will not count toward wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.
6.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless bk222 expressly states otherwise, only one promotional bonus may be active on your Account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus is still subject to wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
6.5 Abuse of Promotions. bk222 reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or reclaim any bonus offer where it has reasonable grounds to believe a Player is exploiting promotional terms in bad faith. Indicators of promotional abuse include but are not limited to: low-margin betting to clear wagering requirements, bonus-hunting across multiple accounts, and coordinated play with other Players to fulfil wagering conditions.
Welcome bonuses are available to new bk222 Players only. One welcome bonus per Player, per household, and per payment method. The eligibility of any Player for a specific promotion is determined by bk222 at its sole discretion.
7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the bk222 platform are subject to acceptance by bk222. bk222 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet, at any time, without being required to provide a reason for that refusal. This right applies to sports betting, live casino, slots, and all other gaming products on the platform.
7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game types on bk222. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet or entering a game and may be adjusted at bk222's discretion without prior notice, particularly in response to a Player's betting patterns or risk profile.
7.3 Errors and Technical Faults. In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds, software malfunctions, or data feed failures — bk222 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Player accounts. Winnings derived from a manifest error are not payable. bk222 will endeavour to resolve such situations fairly and transparently.
7.4 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void by bk222 in circumstances including, but not limited to: the event being cancelled, postponed beyond a defined timeframe, or where a manifest pricing error is identified. Void bet stakes are returned to the Player's bk222 wallet in full.
7.5 Cricket and PSL Specific Rules. For cricket betting markets, including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, specific market rules govern the settlement of bets in the event of rain interruptions, reduced-over formats (DLS method application), abandoned matches, and player substitutions. These rules are published in the bk222 Sports Betting Rules section and form part of these Terms.
7.6 Live In-Play Betting. Live in-play odds on bk222 change rapidly and are subject to suspension at any time. bets placed during a suspended market will be voided. Delays in data feed delivery may occur; bk222 does not accept liability for bets placed on the basis of information that was not current at the time of placement due to data feed latency.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bk222 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bk222 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any bk222 content without prior written authorisation.
Any bk222 trademarks, service marks, or logos displayed on the platform may not be used without the express prior written consent of bk222. Unauthorised use of bk222 intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may expose you to legal liability.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bk222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.
11.2 bk222 does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary platform unavailability. bk222 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.
11.3 bk222's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits bk222's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12.1 Termination by bk222. bk222 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, where:
12.2 Termination by Player. You may close your bk222 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any available balance. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
12.3 Consequences of Termination. Upon termination of your Account, your licence to use the bk222 platform is immediately revoked. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and dispute resolution shall survive termination and continue to apply.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bk222 holds its gaming licence.
Any dispute between you and bk222 that cannot be resolved through the internal complaint resolution process shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of the relevant dispute resolution body designated by bk222's licensing authority. Participation in the internal complaint process is a prerequisite to initiating formal arbitration proceedings.
Nothing in this clause prevents bk222 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where circumstances require it.
bk222 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bk222 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the platform.
Your continued use of the bk222 platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Services and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.2.
